Therapeutic and Restorative Massage
This is a treatment customized for each individuals needs, from relaxation and stress reduction to specific area's of pain and tension, using a variety of techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, range of motion, sports massage, neuromuscular techniques and integration of hot and cold stones.

Hot Stone Massage
This is primarily restorative, gently detoxifying and nurturing.  Every technique used during this 90 minute treatment has been thoughtfully designed to bring the body, mind and soul back into balance.  This treatment incorporates the use of sea stones with traditional massage.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performmance and recovery.  Typically used before, during and after athletic events, also used for maintenance and treatment of injuries.
Pre-Event- fast-paced and stimulating, using a variety of techniques with stretching and range of motion.  Prepares the body for intense activity and reduces the possibility of injury, given 15 minutes to 4 hours prior to an athletic event.

Salt Glow with Linen Bodly Wrap
A blend of emollient organic oils, finely crushed dead sea salt, and aromatic essential oil vigorously massaged over the entire body exfoliating away dead cells and awakening the new cells below the surface.  Your are then wrapped in herb soaked hot linens and blankets for approx. 20 min. followed by a full body massage.  This treatment is very relaxing, exfoliating and detoxifying.

About the Practitioner

        Kelly Lavallee, is a graduate of the Elizabeth Grady School of Massage Therapy, located in Medford, Ma.  Area of study included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Range of Motion, Pathology, Anatomy and Physiology with experience in other modalities, such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Postural Assessment, Pregnancy and Neuromuscular Therapy.  Kelly's goal is to provide therapeutic and restorative massage to relieve muscle pain and injury, reduce stress and anxiety with the intention to promote overall wellness.
